Last updated: 7 September 2026

Orihost.com ("Orihost", "we", "us", "our") does not tolerate the use of our services for illegal or abusive purposes. Our customers are solely responsible for the content they host, and we act on credible reports of abuse. If you believe content hosted on our network violates our Terms of Service or the law, please report it using the process below.

1. What You Can Report

We investigate reports involving, among other things:

  • Illegal content: Any material that is unlawful under applicable law.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): Zero tolerance — see the emergency notice in Section 5.
  • Malware & exploits: Viruses, ransomware, trojans, botnet command-and-control, or exploit kits.
  • Phishing & fraud: Credential-harvesting pages, scams, or fraudulent services.
  • Spam & abuse: Unsolicited bulk email, spam bots, or messaging abuse.
  • Network abuse: DDoS attacks, port scanning, brute-forcing, or unauthorized access attempts originating from our network.
  • Copyright & trademark infringement: See the DMCA process in Section 4.
  • Harassment or threats: Content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against others.

2. How to Submit a Report

Send your report by email to [email protected]. To help us act quickly, please include as much of the following as possible:

  • The exact URL(s), domain(s), or IP address(es) involved.
  • A clear description of the abusive or illegal activity.
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, log excerpts with timestamps, email headers).
  • The date and time (with timezone) you observed the activity.
  • Your name and contact details so we can follow up if needed.

Please submit reports in good faith. Knowingly false or malicious reports may be disregarded and may result in action against the reporter.

3. What Happens Next

We review every report we receive. We aim to acknowledge valid abuse reports within a reasonable time and to investigate promptly. Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, we may:

  • Contact the responsible customer and request removal of the content.
  • Remove or disable access to the offending content.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate the account or server involved.
  • Preserve relevant data and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

To protect the privacy of all parties, we generally do not disclose the outcome of an investigation or the identity of the customer, except where required by law or legal process.

4. Copyright & DMCA Takedown

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used or hosted on our services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a takedown notice to [email protected]. A valid notice must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (URL) for us to locate it.
  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

We will respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material and notifying the affected customer. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

5. Emergencies & Child Safety

Orihost has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Such content is removed immediately upon detection or report, and we report it to the appropriate authorities.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Suspected child exploitation can also be reported directly to the relevant national authority in your jurisdiction, such as the NCMEC CyberTipline (US) or the Internet Watch Foundation (UK). You may also notify us at [email protected] and we will act with the highest priority.
